程桂平:博士,副教授

 个人简介

19799月生,20083月在中国科学院华南植物园获得博士学位;在Postharvest Biology and TechnologyFood ChemistryJournal of Agricultural and Food ChemistryActa Physiologia PlantarumJournal of Food Quality、《园艺学报》等国内外重要学术刊物上发表论文24篇(其中SCI收录期刊上发表论文12篇,ISTP收录期刊上发表论文3篇);曾担任Journal of Food QualityJournal of Food Biochemistry的审稿人。在攻读博士学位期间,在中国科学院华南植物园蒋跃明教授指导下主要从事香蕉果实采后软化过程中细胞壁多糖的降解机制研究,具备良好的园艺产品采后保鲜研究基础,已熟练掌握研究细胞壁大分子降解相关的技术手段,并于2008年获得中国科学院地奥奖学金一等奖。博士毕业后一直在仲恺农业工程学院生命科学学院何生根教授课题组从事热带、亚热带鲜切花采后保鲜研究。
